Grouting and anchoring are best used to improve the structural integrity by making the damaged area strong using cement and chemicals. The internal and external surfaces are sealed with grout, which is a composite material made with water, cement and sand. Best used to fix voids under machines and concrete surfaces. You can also use grout to seal joints and reinforce existing surfaces.
Both grouting and anchoring materials use high-strength chemical products to bond material. Machines and equipment cannot be placed onto the finished concrete surfaces directly since they need uniform support. Concrete surfaces and the base of the machine have irregularities thus resulting in alignment issues due to instability in bearing the load. Using grout materials, you can cement the void between the machine base and the foundation. The structural grout balances the load between the machine and the foundation. Different applications for which you can use grouting materials include - high-precision grouting, void filling, maintenance of roads, rail fixing, machine bedding and so on.
Various anchoring products such as epoxy adhesive or cementitious grout are used to insert anchor rods in new and existing buildings based on the severity of the affected area or part. The rods are an extension to the roof. We fix the damaged anchors using our industry experience.
